If you’re feeling shy, unsure, or just not comfortable training in a group setting, our one-on-one weightlifting sessions are the perfect way to build confidence and technique at your own pace. These private sessions provide personalized coaching, focusing on your individual goals—whether that’s mastering the basics, improving technique, or building strength.
(Includes up to four members from the same household (e.g., 2adults and 2 youth aged 12–17). Members must be 12 years or older, and no one under 12 is permitted.
