What happens when I join?

If a spot is available, you will be assigned an experienced coach who will guide your training. We also offer limited 1:1 private session.

We do not run fixed group sessions. After your starter sessions, you can train anytime during our opening hours, and a coach will work with you while you are there. Please avoid arriving right before closing.

For beginners, 2–3 sessions per week is ideal. The minimum is 2. Most people learn the basics in 2–3 months.

We accept ages 12 and above. For children under 12, please contact our Head Coach as these ages require more focused one-on-one support.

No. All coaching and programming are included in your membership. If membership is full, private coaching may be available at an additional cost.

Beginners receive one-on-one coaching. As you progress, coaching becomes more group-focused with ongoing individual guidance.

To start: just runners, a T-shirt, and comfortable shorts.

Optional later: weightlifting shoes, belt, wrist straps, and a lifting suit.

Anyone can learn. Starting young helps, but so does having experience in sports like athletics, rugby, soccer, wrestling, gymnastics, sprint cycling, or CrossFit. The key is consistent training.
